Certified Mat Pilates Instructor

Dianne’s training philosophy embraces a well-balanced workout program focusing on postural alignment, core conditioning, strength and endurance training, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular (aerobic) fitness.  She is dedicated to each client and their specific needs, regardless of age, working to keep her clients moving and able to perform day-to-day activities with greater energy and ease.

Dianne developed an appreciation for movement and physical activity through various forms of outdoor activities, discovering the benefits that include clearing the mind, more energy and focus, better coordination, as well as other health benefits.  She continued on her fitness journey incorporating ballet to learn proper form, yoga and Pilates for the mind/body connection and still loves to “hit the trail” and kayak.

Dianne is passionate and committed to improving the overall health and well-being of individuals – changing bodies one at a time with inspired workouts that are creative and fun with lasting results.

Dianne earned her Personal Trainer credentials through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and Austin Community College Personal Fitness Trainer Program.
