Dianne’s training philosophy embraces a well-balanced workout program focusing on postural alignment, core conditioning, strength and endurance training, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular (aerobic) fitness. She is dedicated to each client and their specific needs, regardless of age, working to keep her clients moving and able to perform day-to-day activities with greater energy and ease.
Dianne developed an appreciation for movement and physical activity through various forms of outdoor activities, discovering the benefits that include clearing the mind, more energy and focus, better coordination, as well as other health benefits. She continued on her fitness journey incorporating ballet to learn proper form, yoga and Pilates for the mind/body connection and still loves to “hit the trail” and kayak.
Dianne is passionate and committed to improving the overall health and well-being of individuals – changing bodies one at a time with inspired workouts that are creative and fun with lasting results.
Dianne earned her Personal Trainer credentials through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and Austin Community College Personal Fitness Trainer Program.
Specialty certifications include: Mat Pilates Instructor, Senior Fitness Specialist, Senior Brains and Balance Specialist, Group Exercise Leader, and an Exercise Specialist for Cancer Survivors.

Lynn Yates, CPT, ACE

Lynn Yates is an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer at Fitness to Function, LLC specializing in helping older adults stay strong, mobile, and confident through personalized, results-driven training.
Before becoming a fitness professional, Lynn spent years as a stay-at-home mom and homeschool co-op leader, passionately guiding her daughters’ education and supporting other families in the community. Like many caregivers, she neglected her own health, until a wake-up call from her doctor revealed high blood pressure, cholesterol, and prediabetes.
Determined to change course, Lynn chose exercise and nutrition over medication, transforming her own health and discovering a new calling in the process.Today, Lynn brings that same dedication and heart to her clients. She designs thoughtful, individualized fitness plans that support strength, balance, mood, and long-term motivation.
Her clients appreciate her empathy, encouragement, and deep belief that fitness is a form of self-care and empowerment at any age. Lynn’s passion lies in helping older adults build the physical and emotional resilience to thrive through every stage of life.Outside the studio, Lynn enjoys experimenting with healthy recipes, thrifting with her daughters, relaxing by the lake, and soaking up meaningful time with family and friends.
